Notice of cancellation must be provided at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled training session to avoid a cancellation fee. If less than 24 hours' notice is given, a fee may apply. In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, the trainer may reschedule the session for a later time. If the client is unable to attend a rescheduled session, they will be subject to the cancellation fee. We understand that unexpected events may arise, and we are willing to work with clients to find a mutually agreeable solution. However, consistent late cancellations or no-shows may result in a review of our services and potential changes to our policies.
Refund policy.
Our personal training sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we encourage clients to communicate with us if they need to miss a session. However, we cannot offer refunds or credits for sessions that are missed or cancelled without sufficient notice. All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking and are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Please ensure you are committed to your training program before booking a session, as all sales are final.
